He called me back and gave me an exact time frame for the schedule and confirmed it the week before. He and his son showed up on the first day on time and completed all the work within one week. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
