They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Mr. Mendez and his crew were excellent! Communication was great! They took all the old tile flooring up in the kitchen, laundry room, and 1 bathroom then applied a leveling mud. After this they installed all new Laminate water proof flooring in the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. And then they installed quarter round in all these areas. They did a great job of moving big pieces of furniture or appliances around to complete the install. And, they cleaned everything up! They did all of this in 1 1/2 days. Their price was far below any competing contractors. I would hire them again! Outstanding!"
