He took his time, did a very good job, was neat and pointed out slight stains on the furniture that could not be removed (sofas were older and had been in storage for months). Second experience was completely different. Two guys. In a rush. They missed stains, were rough with the cleaning, left water on the wood floor and clearly were in a rush to get somewhere else. The rugs and furniture they were asked to clean were all less than 2 years old."

"Matt has completely three separate jobs in our home over the past 12 months and done exceptional work in everything we've requested. The first phase involved removing and replacing our exterior front door and renovating the facade of our home to a more modern look as well as hang new shutters. Matt custom built composite columns and trim work to give it a great look while at the same time providing a long lasting and weatherproof guarantee. Matt advised on all of the materials, completed the job when he said and left the job without any sign of debris or construction. The excellent work on this first job led us to hire him again to repair the screens and rotting wood on an old screened in porch with new screens and weatherproof composite materials. He also power washed our deck and home to remove stains and mildew. This job was completed with great care, reasonable cost and on time. The most recent job was a renovation of our garage. Matt repaired the concrete floor with epoxy, patched cracks and laid new concrete to pitch water in the garage away from our home. He painted a new weatherproof and slip resistant floor, insulated the walls, replaced and repaired all of the drywall including painting and sparkling, removed the existing tool bench and custom built a new workbench. He also moved our existing washing machine drain to a more convenient location and tied in a new line for a dehumidifier to insure that we would not experience mold in the future. Matt advised on all of the materials and offered a great suggestion about the dehumidifier, something we had not even considered. All told he's an honest and decent person who can be relied upon to do good work for a fair price. When the time comes for the next repair in our home he's the man to call."
