I gave them the chance to make this right and they have not. I asked if the techs had green cards. English was not great AND, I demand to see their credentials! What chimney master drills into a solid fire brick to install a damper wire. It was so tight I could not move it so a friend had to move it for me. I still have smoke in my basement which was supposed to be rectified as well! The techs left large metal parts and trash all over my yard. I have filed charges with the Attorney General of PA and the PA State Police for theft! I am a senior, this is illegal!"
