We could not locate white hinges so they painted the black ones for me. Both gates were balanced perfectly and the front one was raised to accommodate a new walkway. "Spoke to the owner and he came out very fast to get the down payment and it was cashed in two days. That was in January and signed a contract for a 5' vinyl fence. Told me no problem, fence will be put up in a month or month and a half. Said Karen will make the arrangements for the installation. I called the end of February and they gave me a date. Stayed home waiting ,no show. Left a message and finally I was told I was not on the schedule. Absolutely no communication. Made another time and again no communication. Finally I got my fence installed the end of March after telling them if they didn't show up I want my money back. Now my problem is, a 6' fence was installed. The installer had no idea I was suppose to get a 5' fence. He was never told by the owner and I showed him the contract. Still paid the balance because he said he had to get it. Got in touch with Karen and John called me. He forgot I wanted the 5'. The installer told me that a 5' is a special order. So now not only I don't know if I paid for a special order and didn't get it. John called me and said they can cut it down and they were coming April 2. Again no show and they have my money anyway. I don't know how it can be cut and look okay. Absolutely no communication . Karen told me she is overwhelmed getting calls and texts and making appointments. Well hire someone!!!! This is no way to run a business."
