He scheduled an appointment to meet with me at home, brought samples and I contracted for him to do a craft room in vinyl plank and recarpet our bedroom. His quote was fair and reasonable. The day of the job his crew arrived on time, went to work and demonstrated total professionalism. The work was completed in about eight hours. They carefully moved the furniture, removed the existing floor covering and laid quality vinyl plank and Stainmaster carpet beautifully. The plank was the same as the adjacent great room and hall, and it was laid so the boards looked like they were part of the original job. The carpet installation was flawless. They cleaned up very well and removed all of the old materials. Matt's is a first class operation, professional staff who know what they are doing. I have had some bad experiences with service companies in Delmarva and I am a critical customer. Matt met or exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone."

I wanted a specific manufacturer of flooring and although they didn't carry it, they worked with the company to get what we wanted. The installation was done expertly. The floors were not even and the installers took the time to use an epoxy to level them out. The final product looks and feels beautiful. The flooring was high quality and the installation as well. "MJ Home Service saved the day. I  mean night. The outside water faucet cracked and water slowly came back into the houses bring a good deal of mud with it. I called MJ home services around 7 pm and they promptly responded and had a team here within the hour. . They did everything right and more. Melissa explained the process and answered all my questions.  She was very responsive and kept me informed of arrival and how the process would work.. The crew (Brian and Ned) were very processional and kept me informed of every step of the process. They took over the situation and took care of everything needed. They removed  water, mud and all water soaked  items like cardboard boxes . They stacked everything up neatly in one area., cut out damaged drywall, and sprayed to prevent  mold. The set up  fans, so that the basement and rolled up carpeting would dry. They did everything necessary to make sure we were taken care of, even set up our humidifier. Their price was exceptionally reasonable. I have dealt with Servpro, I would have paid twice or more and  had to deal with sales pitches for additional services. I can't imagine how we could ave been taken care of any better. They did everything right. They made a bad night better. I recommend them without reservations.
