"Hired JR Construction to fill and regrade my front yard and install a culvert under my driveway. I’m in Bethany Beach and storm water management is a challenge in my neighborhood. Bill responded promptly to my request and came out to survey my needs. He gave me a fair quote for the work. After agreeing to the terms, his team showed up two days later and completed the work as quoted. I note that his team did a nice job of cleaning up upon completion. I’m fully satisfied. Need to wait for the next storm to see if our plan worked!"

"I had called Kinetic Basement Solutions because one of my two sump pump pits began filling with water. The pits had no pumps and very little water in them for years but that all changed recently. The team assessed the situation and installed two pumps, one in each pit, along with exterior drainage basins and I no longer worry about the water. They performed the installation about a week after I told them I wanted to move forward and they were nothing but professional. The installation inside was done well and there was no cleanup I had to do when they left! Outside, I had one minor aesthetic concern that was addressed immediately the following day. More companies should be as responsive as Kinetic. Nicole and the office staff are a pleasure to deal with."
