"Do not work with this crew. Ron Miller is extremely unprofessional. He lacks communication (as with another poster on google, there was no heads up when they’d be starting work, they just showed up one day). We were in no rush to have the work completed, but the guys brought in a bobcat to dig the hole for a retaining wall (they said it was too hot to do by hand and that they had too many jobs, so they wanted to go fast). In that process they uprooted three trees (a young hibiscus, and two large arborvitae’s that had only been planted the year before). They also tore up our grass and our neighbors grass. We asked Ron to come out to review what the guys had done and he was full of excuses about being too busy and was very emotional. We only asked that they cover the cost of replacing the trees should they die. The next day one of the crew (Fuji) accosted my wife while she was home alone about the “complaints”. She was very scared by his erratic behavior. Ron was called about this, and said that the man had just come from court and so was probably just stressed. We ended up walking away, paid for all materials, and got another local crew to complete the project. They charged 25% of what Ron Miller was charging us. I’ve never worked with people like this in the past, and hope to never have to again."

"Miguel, the owner, showed up exactly at the scheduled time. My first impression upon meeting him was that he is a real pro who knows what he is doing. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my lawn sprinkler system, explained the problem to me in terms that I could easily understand, and with my consent, fixed the problem in record time. I'm impressed with his competence, delightful attitude, and honesty. I highly recommend him and his company."

"BEST COMPANY. BEST PROJECT MANAGER. BEST INSTALLATION CREW. Luke came to our home to discuss installing a small patio and we were very impressed by his knowledge and experience and decided to hire him the same day and are we ever glad we did. Luke helped us with our patio plan and we worked out the details for the installation. The pavers he ordered are very attractive and work well with our exterior house colors. Many people have already remarked how beautiful our patio is. The installation crew of 3 guys arrived on time everyday and were very pleasant, working well together. They were attentive to every concern we had as well as they were confident in their work. As they worked hard every day the word that best describes them is PRECISION, as the company is aptly named. They simply worked that well and with precision. We are planning for them to install a flower garden for our yard in the fall and looking forward to working with them again. A big Thank You to Precision!"

"Excellent! They were done in 3 days, and it looks wonderful. A little slow with communication and scheduling in the beginning, but remained professional and did a great job. I have recommended them several times to other neighbors and friends."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Lewis Center, OH

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
