"I regret to say my experience with Brett Ford and his Sheetrock company has been extremely disappointing. Throughout the project, communication was consistently poor as he rarely responded promptly unless he was trying to secure payment, and once the payment was made, all further contact from him completely stopped. It felt like once he received the money, he had no interest in following through or addressing any concerns. The work itself was equally frustrating. The crew left a mess everywhere?they did not clean up after themselves, leaving debris, dust, and overspray all over the place. This included paint on mini splits, showers, and doors; areas that should have been protected with tape or coverings, which they clearly did not use. Their lack of attention to detail and respect for the space was unacceptable. Furthermore, their promises to return and fix issues or complete additional work were empty.
