Picked up a block from my house due to palm trees and delivered to my driveway 3 days later. I received a call the night before telling me the car would be delivered between 7 and 8 am. The car was delivered at 7:20am. The driver apologized because the car was dirty but I expected that. The car was in perfect shape. I also appreciated talking to Ely when I made the reservation and Ely kept me informed as we waited for the pickup day. Great people and Great Company!"
