"The best price offered came from Capital Fence. They had a 2 man crew come out on a Sunday and had the railings up in a couple of hours. Extremely level and secure, they knew what they were doing and took pride in the work. They did not just slap them up, but took care and leveled each piece. They did not bring a broom, so there were little filings left when they were done, but it was no big deal to sweep it up. Did not leave us hanging from the time we accepted the proposal to the time the work was done, but scheduled shortly after that."

"Of the three candidates for the job from Angies list, Rand R was the first to respond. He made the suggest to install the transition section. One other candidate never got back to me and the third was more expensive and did not offer what we wanted. Rand R's price was lower for exactly what we wanted. The crew arrived when scheduled. They were very professional. Bob, the owner led the crew and was there all of the time. They completed the job in less than one day. They cleaned up well. Fewer plants than I had expected were damaged and several that I thought would have to be removed were saved."

"We are satisfied with the completed project. The project was completed in two days on the schedule that was promised. The fence looks good and appears to be sturdy. We have had a number of compliments on its appearance. However, we recommend that anyone doing a similar project be prepared to follow the project closely. The issues we encountered included 1) the initial building permit was obtained from the wrong town, 2) the initial contract was for a different design fence than what we had agreed upon, 3) the workers took no care to avoid ruts in our lawn which took a lot of personal effort to repair, and 4) the workers "hid" dirt from the fence holes under our evergreen trees, even though we had paid for it to be hauled away."
