"Our pro was amazing and he did it all by himself!"

Hello, I've noticed how difficult and frustrating it can be to hire someone to do a project, only to have them not follow it through to completion, or to just not show up at all, or to pass the blame of their mistakes to someone else. I started Wirth & Son Property Services because of all the incompetence and poor communication I've seen with service providers. I'll show up, do what I say I'm going to do, and keep communicating with you. Over the last several decades, I've completed a wide variety of home improvement projects, from footing to ridge, and everything in between. Whether you need something as small as a picture hung to something more complex, like a custom, site-built shed, I'll show up, competently complete the project, and communicate along the way. \n\nSome of the things I have experience in include: wasp removal, custom shed & chicken coops, curtain rod hanging, deck/porch repair, gutter cleaning, siding repair, drywall repair, assembly, fench repair, dryer vent cleaning

The floors look amazing, and the installation was seamless. I can see there expertise and dedication to to their craft are truly impressive. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs - you wont be disappointed! 5/5 stars"

"This team of three worked with professional skills that were outstanding. Their quiet teamwork and ability were very impressive. I love my new floor. They finished and cleaned the work area after they were done. They were pleasant to talk with and answered any questions I may have had. I am definitely planning to use them again sometime in the future."

"Derek and jeff had put some windows and a door in for me a bit ago. Really great work, and very reliable. They were very respectable and showed good craftsmanship. Would definitely hire again."

"He's not the fastest guy in the world but he is very detail oriented. Everything always comes out perfect."

"It went very well! He remodeled my kitchen counter using a smoooth slab of polished wood that gave the kitchen a new energy. It was really worth the time, and Baqir was on point with his execution. He’s good in my book and will be a contractor I’ll be returning to longterm."

"It went great. The gentleman was available to come by an hour after we spoke. It was a simple job, but we needed someone with the right tools. He came when he said he would, was polite and friendly, and got it fixed in a jiffy! Great price too. Will definitely call on him for future projects."

"My wife and I wanted our bathroom remodeled. After reaching out to a couple companies we weren't sure about following through as we only have one full and didn't want this to interfere with our holiday plans. Talked to Jarett and decided to move forward and WOW! The job was done right on time and the tiling is absolutely beautiful. When we're ready for our kitchen to be retiled we're going to save a lot of time by calling Tile Brothers from the get-go."

To begin with Randy was the only contractor to arrive on time for his initial estimate. Right from the start he was very thorough. He took the time to get to know my wife and I along with the type of job we wanted, what styles we were interested in and how we anticipated it all coming together. My wife is the home remodeling expert in the family in terms of decorating, styles, color and finish coordination. Randy clicked with her from the start and added several features that really enhanced the project.

When he presented his estimate a week later (and right on time), he described the process, documented all the work in the contract and guaranteed the price with no add-ons. (barring any major changes on our part of course). Four weeks later he came through. His crew and partner contractors arrived on time. All of them were very thorough, polite, clean and demonstrated an extraordinary attention to detail and craftsmanship. Randy was on site regularly to check on progress and constantly kept in touch with us to assure our satisfaction. He accommodated us with a few changes along the way and promptly took care of any problems that arose during construction and never added a penny to the price.

I wanted a real contractor that could and would coordinate the entire project including all the planning, labor scheduling and supply ordering. Randy delivered on all of those. Don't let our price scare you away from him. My wife has expensive taste and much of that cost is related to the high end materials and cabinetry we picked out. I think Randy's labor and supply costs were reasonable and given the superior craftsmanship and service that we received, it was money well spent. A kitchen can be a very emotional and inconvenient remodel project to undertake. I cannot imagine any contractor accommodating us as well as Randy.

We cannot say enough good things about the service we received and we most certainly recommend him for any home remodeling, construction or repair needs. In fact, we are already committed to using him for a bathroom remodel and all our future home improvements.
