We had to wait for an HOAs approval and his patience was greatly appreciated. Once approved Demetrio was on time and thorough. His crew was hard working and professional. He tackled a 1907 Farmhouse, a major full foundation replacement in brick and block, major chimney renovations, floor piers, numerous footings, a fruit cellar masonry rebuild and significant structural repairs done outside of a masons scope to an exceptional standard. Kyle is a staunch supporter of Veterans also, so in my professional opinion, this young mason is a mentally tough, respectful and focused confident business professional. Kyle gets the job done. I could not be more grateful for what he has done with an associate Zack, and for what these two young men took on and honestly, taught me in a generation not given the credit they deserve. Kyle is deeply respected and will finish the myriad of projects we have for him in mid 2022."
