"We recently had our roof replaced by T-Rock Roofing due to the March 2024 hailstorm, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service stood out. Both Chris Johanson and Mark Strong went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered, and we were clear on the scope of the project, which included not only the roof replacement, but gutters, A/Cs, and other items damaged by the hailstorm. Since I did not want to have my new roof installed during hail season, they had no issue when I requested the installation date to be pushed out. They truly wanted to make sure me and my wife were happy. They also recommended Class 4 shingles which resulted in a lower insurance rate due to its hail protection. Their team was punctual and polite, and would have completed the work in the same day but for an unexpected thunderstorm that rolled in. Nevertheless, they made sure we didn't have any leaks and returned promptly in the morning to finish the job. The gutters were done the day after the roof was completed. When the project was done, Chris made sure his crew properly cleaned up our property, as well as our neighbors' properties, to make sure old shingles, roofing nails, and other materials were completely cleaned up. We highly recommend T-Roof Roofing to anyone needing roofing services. This is our second time using this company and will continue to call them when we have a roofing need. Finally, I love that they support first responders and veterans, like me."

"My house was hit hard by egg-sized hail in April 2021 so I called 3-4 roofers, including Roger the Roofer, shortly afterwards to assess the damage. Juston Preble with Roger the Roofer was the first to come and by far the most thorough in his inspection. He even used a drone to aerially photograph the roof so that physically getting on the roof wasn’t necessary – both for his own sake (steep slopes) and not causing further roof damage. The photos revealed the hail completely pierced the existing shingles exposing the underlayment in numerous places throughout the entire roof which meant my roof was at imminent risk of leaking. Of course, Juston already had quite a few roof replacements scheduled ahead of me but said he would be willing to call others ahead of me whose roof was not imminently at risk of leakage to see if they would be willing trade places on his schedule. Due to Roger the Roofer’s high rating in Angi, was recommended by my insurance company, and Juston’s very good first impression, I hired Roger the Roofer do my roof repair and gutter replacement. I was not disappointed. Thanks to Juston and his other client agreeing to trade places on his schedule, Juston was able to have my roof replaced the week following my first contact with him. Even though my existing roof didn’t have any turbo exhaust vents, Juston installed 3 of them with no upcharge in spite of not being covered by insurance. While the gutter replacement didn’t happen until some weeks later, that was expected. But similar to the vents upgrade, Juston offered to and did install upgraded gutter downspouts from what I had previously with no upcharge (and also not covered by insurance). Last but not least, once all the work was completed, Juston had someone come pressure wash my driveway to remove the marks the hail made at no extra charge. To say the least, I was very impressed with the quality of work Roger the Roofer did under Juston’s team and his willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely would hire him again (although I hope to not have to) and highly recommend his company."

"The actual roof replacement went extremely well. The crew was fast (1 day) and the roof looks great. The inspector was also good at his job and walked me through his inspection after the roof was replaced. EVERYTHING before and after that was frustrating. It was hard to get them scheduled once they had our signature that we were using them for the roof replacement. They ended up scheduling us a week after the initial time frame given by the salesman. We had to remind them several times that we were trying to sell our house and needed this done ASAP - we were upfront at the beginning. It seemed like the sales and the operations were two different companies. Our salesman had to redo our quote to be higher than his original quote after seeing our insurance claim - if he was knowledgeable enough, he would have done the quote right the first time or eaten the cost he forgot to include. And he was even present when the insurance adjuster came out to do the original inspection so I’m still not sure how one could miss so much. They also don’t eat any of your deductible, which most roofing companies now in DFW do. They don’t even give a discount for marketing after they stick a yard sign in your yard. If you don’t mind paying your full deductible and aren’t in a rush, I would recommend them because I truly do believe the execution and materials rank high. But with all of the communication gaps and there being so many other options, I would not consider them an A rated company just for their size and pedigree. Urgency in the office really kicked in when contacting us IMMEDIATELY after sending the bill for payment though!"

"We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. We plan on using them for a upcoming bathroom update. I was impressed that masks were worn and safe social distancing was always maintained. Titled: +Local Honest Contractor"
