"When a storm hit in July 2025, we again went with American Home Tech. Thet had already installed a new roof in March 2025 but mother nature had different plans for us. I called American Home Tech within 15 mins after the storm passed. I talked to one of their great staff, Noell, she told me that they would have a crew to my house in less than 2hrs. They arrived in a little over an hour, which stunned me as well as all my neighbors who also had damage and needed help. The owner of AHT personally came to our house with the crew and he was able help the crew remove the tree within about 4 hours and talked to others and helped them out as well. The next day a crew from AHT returned to finish taking down the balance of the tree and had one of their staff work with our insurance company and us to work out the details that were going to occur in the future. Noell also even came to the work site to see if there was anything she could do to help with the process. Having worked with AHT in the past and trusted them, we immediately asked them to do all the work needed to put our home back together. After a few months and a very large amount of interior work, roof replacement (again), new gutters, and soffits, and also electrical work performed by (Jason) and his crew at such a high standard of quality, the project has been completed and we are so grateful for the many number of AHT personnel that has been nothing but professional and extremely pleasant to work with each day. My wife and I cannot thank American Home Tech enough for getting our home back."

"I wouldn’t advise my worst enemy to work with this company. We signed a contract with TnT Roofing and Restoration to redo our roof on July 30 and it has not been done as of 10/7. We cut them a check of $7k for a down payment and they cashed it within an hour of us meeting with them. We have been the ones following up with them on a weekly basis, trying to see when they will be replacing our roof and they continue to say; two weeks, next week, end of the month… here we are 10 weeks later and no roof and internal water damage to our home. They are now not returning or answering our calls/ text."

"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. Steven S at the office ensured that we were scheduled for our repairs and any follow ups that came after. Ben’s hard work, Phillip's word, John's follow-through and the teamwork at Craftsmen all mattered! This experience has taught us that in the process of home repair and restoration (and I imagine in renovation too), you cannot let the idea of the perfect get in the way of the good. And Craftsmen delivers the goods! We have finally, and thankfully, come to the end of repairing our home! We 100% recommend Craftsmen if you are looking for a solid, local company that operates on principles of integrity and that goes the extra mile to ‘make it right.’ Craftsmen, like other companies following the hail event, met a different sort of storm—a storm of people needing repairs. The unusual circumstance meant that Craftsmen had to learn how to navigate a disaster event along the way. But as they learned best practices in the aftermath of our storm, they stood by their work. Now, as we stroll through our neighborhood, we often note how lucky we were to have made the best choice!
