Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. He gave me a proposal with the full price and explained everything and there was no sales pressure at all. A week later he came by again and we signed the proposal and gave him a deposit. He had shingle samples and again explained the process and answered all questions. A week later a crew was at our house right at 7:00 AM and were stripping the roof by 7:30 AM, after covering the bushes and hanging down tarps from the roof to protect the house. They were all done by 4:30 - cape style house and two car garage. The crew did a great job, the roof looks great and everything was cleaned up.
