They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. "We called Power Roofing when our 3-year old membrane roof began leaking. They sent someone over within 24 hours, quickly identified the reason for the leaks (defective installation by a different roofing company), told us the necessary fix and how much it would cost, scheduled the job, ended up coming a week early to take advantage of favorable temperatures, and invited me up on the roof (twice), first to show me the problem and then to take a look at their work once they were done. "I had a jug of the recommended product, which Mr. Dexter used to spray the entire roof--not just the bad sections. He expertly corrected a downspout position to direct rain into main gutter. Two gutter covers were replaced with white-painted, seasoned wood, which were cut to the proper shapes. A deck board was fastened securely. Mr. Dexter plans to return to inspect his roof work. If additional roof treatment is needed, there will be no additional cost for me. [I had contacted 2 other roofing companies, which were recommended by Angie's List. One company did not respond. A 2d company gave a $930 estimate, which did NOT include spraying the roof for moss/algae.]"
