However, "you get what you pay for." Neo was diligent, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Neo responded promptly to all telephone calls and text messages. There was no drama with Neo. Neo was a consummate professional. We would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat. When we experienced a runaway faucet and a broken shut-off valve in the spring of 2024, Neo was quick to respond. Our over-engineered faucet required more than the replacement of a simple washer. In a professional manner, Neo repaired the faucet, replaced the valve, and corrected a related water-pressure problem. As usual, Neo offered good, solid communications. Yet again, we would definitely recommend S&S Piping and Heat."

I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased.
