Due to a supply issue with the pickets, the fence was completed on 4/22. The delay was not a problem for me or my neighbors and Mark kept me informed. The fence is a 4 ft. tall cedar French Gothic picket fence, about 335 ft. with a walk gate and a double gate."

"The bad storm on the night of the 12th and morning of the 13th, caused a tree limb to fall and took out my power line and ruined other things. My grandson, Brandon York is a service writer at SK Mechanic, told me about MVP. SK does business with Chip at MVP. Brandon called Chip for me and Kenny was sent right out. Kenning did a terrific job of explaining all the needed to be done. He gave me an estimate and we discussed upgrading everything. He gave me another estimate to include the upgrade. I chose to go with the upgrade in the repair. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. Kenny also said that he would work with Evergy and take care of everything. Kenny made this Grandmother very relieved! On the day of the upgrade repair, Kenny and another great MVP electrician (I am so sorry that I forgot his name-I apologize for that), came out and got it all fixed. They were so amazing! They treated me like I was their own Grandmother! I feel like I have 2 new Grandsons! MVP is a part of my family now. I signed up for MVP's plan that includes plumbing, heating & air conditioning and electric. It has everything that I needed and have been looking for. I am so relieved that I now have a responsible company to call when I need one of these services. Thank You Chip, Rhonda, Kenny and the other Great electrician for your excellent service. "At the beginning of March we had landscaping done with a new patio by another company.  We removed the stairs leading down from the deck.  We contacted Burge Fence and was assigned to Graham.  We needed a new section immediately to replace the stair area that was removed.  Burge responded quickly to install a new section where the 2nd floor gap was left.  They also removed the section of fence where a new gate would be installed.  It goes down hill from here.   <br> <br>After several phone calls over the course of 3 1/2 months we were promised that the gate would be installed by Wednesday, June 1.  It wasn't, but a bill for the installation did arrive.  My husband called the office (and not Graham this time because of all his broken promises) and the woman he talked to after his explanation of the past 3 1/2 months promised the gate would be installed by the end of the day.  It was.  The work was finally finished that Friday.   <br> <br>If the deck section hadn't been installed immediately I would have given this work an F.   <br> <br>Also, four years ago we used Burge for the installation of another gate.  Chris handled the job for us and all went well.  If you choose to use Burge, I highly suggest asking for Chris.  That is the only reason I said I would use them again.  Even at that if there are any problems call the office.  The woman got the job done immediately.  "
