Chad came out within the next few days and looked at my fence. I was expecting to have to replace my entire back fence but Chad recommended I replace several of the support boards running horizontal, he said the post and the rest of the fence was still in good shape. I took his recommendation which saved me considerable money. I also discussed with Chad about replacing both gates. Chad agreed one gate definitely needed replaced but said he could repair the other one and save us some money. I ended up deciding to replace both but it wasn?t because Chad was pushing me to do so. I really appreciated him only trying to fix or replace what was necessary. </p> <p> </p> <p>The work was done within a couple of weeks and I?m very pleased with the way it looks. "This company was very prompt to call us back. We had looked at a color chart online of colors we might like. <br /> Trent showed up with painted samples. I was impressed because I would not have been happy with the colors I thought I liked. <br /> Chose the color and they were very careful in protecting our trees/bushes as well as our neighbors garden on the other side of the fence. <br /> We were very satisfied with the end result.  We do wish that they had left a little touch up stain, but maybe their wasn't any left over. <br /> 12 hours after they stained the fence, it rained. A little of it washed off.  No doubt in my mind, that if we called them with a problem, they would be out here. <br /> Very honest and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. <br /> We actually had fencing and gate done by another company and couldn't get that company to do the stain work. <br /> Very thankfful that my daughter found them on Angie's List. <br /> Highly recommend them. <br />"

"All was fine until the end when I received the invoice that included an extra $400 for removal of existing fence that Marty and I did not discuss. Old fence was temporary panels that stake into ground. One of the workers casually asked me if I wanted the temporary fence "taken down" and I said "sure" unaware there was going to be an added charge of $400. There were also 2 areas of new fence that I was not happy with. One area was fixed and the other remains not fixed. Without any further communication, I paid for fence and labor minus $400 for "old fence removal". Assumed area of fence I was not pleased with was off -set with my not paying for the ridiculous amount for what was actually a "pull temporary sections up and stack" which I could have done if it had been communicated to me there was going to be a add-on charge. Just left feeling like Marty Seikel was trying to pull a "fast one" which was uncharacteristic of him due to the impression I had. Since he never made any effort to contact me after the job, I have to submit this because this is how I was left feeling about Seikel Fence Co. Bad last impression, unfortunately."

"Weston and his crew are superb! They show up when promised, they work very quickly, and the results are excellent. They tore out about 150 linear feet of old stockade fence with rotten 4x4 posts. They replaced it with a new stockade fence using 1x4x6 dog-eared cedar planks with 2x4 stringers and metal posts. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of my new fence. I also now have a gate that is level and doesn't have to be lifted to be opened and closed. <br />"

But the best work he did was to replace that gate, this time with a wheel on the bottom to support it and make it very easy to use. He was professional, on time, stayed in communication, until the work was completed. Couldn't be more pleased."
