"They came out and gave an estimate, which was very reasonable. We had to add some square footage and they had no problem accommodating the change. Everyone we talked to were very professional. A year later our neighbors house was being built and the ground was loosen by the main post and fell. Shepherd came out and fixed this issue at no extra charge. We have now had our fence for 3.5 years and it’s just as steady as it was on day one. A couple of our neighbors went with a drive by night company that came by because they noticed a new community, and they all regret it. However, we do not. He was not the cheapest quote but he was also not the most expensive. He and his crew started on time and finished ahead of time. I'm pretty sure none of the other contractors would have worked so quickly. They were personable, courteous, fast workers and cleaned up everything when they were done. He was able to accommodate and update last minute changes, like adding an additional gate. He also gave us a good quote on painting our fence, so we had him paint the fence a few months after the wood had cured. Our fence looks great, and we get compliments on it all the time!"
