"I hired Mr. Handyman to repair a small section of flashing along our roofline. The estimated cost of the repair was $400-$500 plus materials. The total cost for labor ended up coming in at $704 (including the $75 service charge) plus materials and disposal. When asked for a breakdown of the labor costs, Mr. Handyman only stated that four hours, fifteen minutes were spent on the project with no additional information.
