My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."

The total cost for labor ended up coming in at $704 (including the $75 service charge) plus materials and disposal. When asked for a breakdown of the labor costs, Mr. Handyman only stated that four hours, fifteen minutes were spent on the project with no additional information. Very little of that time was spent at our home on the project (I would approximate an hour total) and I find it unsettling that Mr. Handyman can charge me for multiple hours of work that I did not see without a more thorough accounting of how that time was spent. Kynard was kind and did a good job, but due to billing practices and lack of proof of work, I will not be using Mr. Handyman again."
