"Price and service were good. However their pricing method is not transparent. Enoch will ding you big time for small parts needed to install all water heaters. (Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."

"Our old concrete sewer line was broke in several places, our water heater was way out of date and a danger, our old galvanized water lines had such a build up of rust inside them that I can't beleive we have been using the water coming out of them. Pioneer replaced our broken sewer line, all the drain lines in the house, all the fresh water lines in the house and a very old water heater. They did a great job. The technician was a true professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything plumbing related in our old house was in perfect working order."

"Nick was friendly and diagnosed the problem which was a previous rat problem that had been fixed left residual damage to my sewer pipe where the drain meets the concrete. They had chewed holes in the PVC pipe to enter my home. He left and went to get the parts. He returned promptly and installed the part. No complaints on his work. Price seemed a little high to me in retrospect given the parts involved and labor but I'm also paying for expertise."

"Having Clean Team REPIPING my home was an excellent experience starting with the professional, polite young man, Trent, which arrived on time and gave me a fair estimate to the sheet rocker’s who replaced the sheet rock, were the small holes were made. The first team laid it all out and the next day’s team connect everything, so I was without water only for a short time. The RE-piping only took two days and they left each day better than they found it. The sheet rock team was scheduled shortly and they did all the patching and finishing in one day, they also, were awesome team. Here we are a month out, I noticed what I thought I might be a plumbing leak, on my bathroom ceiling, I called and they sent a professional young man out name Michael, today, who went in the attic, checked it out and took pictures so I could see. He came down and stated the good news is, it’s not your plumbing, but the bad news is, it looks like I might have a small roofing problem. So with all that said, I have been so pleased with Clean Team RE-piping, they have been so pleasant and refreshing to work with such a professional team and business. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends. I must say, it’s wonderful having great water pressure and hot water all over my house."

"I spoke to Jerry at around 7:45 am and he said he could be out around 9:30 am or so. He showed up just before 9:00 am. I explained to him the issue, and it ended up being an easy fix. The service call was $125 and he had the line cleared in about 15 minutes. I think that was the same price I paid a guy to come out and just find the sewer clean out line for me a few years ago. I would hire him again if he was available, but he is a one man company and can only take so many calls in a day. A nice guy out of New Caney. Thanks for the help and quick response Jerry."

"The plumber and his assistant were quickly able to unclog the toilet. However, they did not have the right tool in their van to clear the drain under the sinks in the Master Bath. I was disappointed they had not brought the necessary tool. Instead they recommended I buy a 1/2 gallon bottle of BioSmart. Unfortunately, their poking around had turned a slow drain into a completely stopped-up drain. The assistant went back upstairs to pour 1/2 cup of the BioSmart treatment into the drain but the sink was full of water -- the BioSmart might have worked on a slow drain, but it did no good whatsoever sitting in the sink. We were unable to use the sinks in the Master Bath for the several days it took for the plumber to return with the proper tool. Now I have a pricey bottle of BioSmart that I don't want. Cost for first visit: $249 Cost for return visit to fix drain they should have fixed the first visit: $150"
