"The work was done very, very well. Alex gave us by-far the best quote for the work needed and didn't try to over-sell us things we didn't need. Alex did a perfect job installing a brand-new, high-tech Chamberlain motor to this second door and fixed the broken panel perfectly to match the other panels and the other door. In addition, he reinforced BOTH doors to make them stronger and prevent future breaks. He also modified BOTH doors to make them substantially quieter to open and close. The main door has a very old motor and used to be super loud when it was being opened or closed. Now, it is maybe 30% as loud as it used to be--a significant reduction. Alex also hit an unfortunate road-block when we realized we had bad-wiring in the house. He spent many extra, unanticipated hours working in the heat of the Texas summer to resolve the issue. He did an AMAZING job and is EXTREMELY professional and honest! Next time we or a friend need to have a garage motor replaced or fixed, we will be sure to give him a call! TLDR - Hire Garage Door King Services if: 1.) You want an HONEST assessment of your garage door situation. 2.) You DON'T want to be sold extra things that aren't necessary to resolve your issue. 3.) You want a FAIR price for the work being done. 4.) You want a commitment to EXCELLENCE and PROFESSIONALISM from the person you have asked for help."

"It took a while to get in the door. It was a special order due to color. I had to call when a few weeks went by and heard nothing. Then was told it would be longer. The installer was very thorough and knowledgeable. The day it was installed, it was very slightly dented and a few noticable scratches. It was also bowing when closed. They came out and fixed it all. They seemed very adiment that I was satisfied. Good folks there."

"Pros: same day appointment (for a fee) and polite repairman Cons: COST - they are outrageous ($96 an hour labor and the equipment is grossly overpriced...same thermostat at Lowes is $47 but they charged me $144!!!), do not wear booties and tracked water, dirt and grass all over my house, cheated time (in my opinion...was charged to the minute he walked out the door but he spent the last 25 minutes in his truck writing the invoice and "cooling off") Overall I would never use them again or refer them to anyone but they got the job done <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Updated: I was contacted by the manager, Mark, who addressed all my concerns posted here. He has offered me a reimbursement for the cleaning and labor charges that I thought were excessive. "Ridgeline was very good at working around my schedule, which was a plus for me. The owner, Erick was very professional, knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done, what supplies would be needed and how long it would take to complete the job. I had previously received a bid for 3 windows for $900.00. Erick came in at 4 windows for less than that. Don't let the price fool you, the work was exceptional! The job was completed on time, looks great and all debris was cleaned up afterwards so you never knew work was just done. I will definitely be hiring Ridgeline again to complete the other 4 windows on my home and will always get bids from them first when I need other home repairs."
