"He was hired to correct an improperly installed metal roof. He only corrected half the problem and tried to use caulk to stop the other leaks. I called him out 2-3 times and all he did was smear on more caulk. The last time he never came out to look. I had also in the meantime had him paint my deck. The paint did not stick and could easily be scratched off with a fingernail. He never came out to look. He will not answer the phone and I have left him numerous messages, voice and Text, and he has not returned my calls. I initially thought I had finally found someone reliable, but unfortunately that is not the case."
