"JP Construction just finished a major job for me - all new windows (Milgard Fiberglass) and Hardiplank siding plus painting the house. Every encounter with these guys from their first sales presentation to the very last look-over was a positive one. Matt (sales) was super knowledgeable about the various products and promptly answered my many emails as I debated. Mike (project manager) stopped by often to check on how things were going and also communicated with me regularly via email or phone. The different crews who actually performed the installations were excellent workers, friendly, and polite. The men who headed each crew (Eddie and Nel) could not have been more helpful or more patient as I changed my mind about a few details here and there. The original bid was extremely detailed; nothing was left to chance. I highly recommend this company both for the quality of their work and for the excellent customer service."

"I have needed to replace my siding for a couple of years, particularly in the front gable where squirrels had damaged the masonite the builder used. We also wanted to replace the windows on the back of the house to something more efficient. Due to working from home, we decided to proceed with our project. I contacted Audie and he promptly provided me an initial quote based upon photos I had sent. Being a procrastinator, I didn't do anything for a few weeks, but decided to move forward and got a couple of other quotes during this time. I had narrowed it down to JASB and one other contractor and contacted Audie to make sure his quote was still valid. At that time we scheduled an in-person walk around so he could see what I wanted done. He explained everything that they would do and I asked him to do some additional items that weren't on the original quote. I was quickly provided with an updated quote showing the additional work. I chose JASB because I feel more comfortable with Audie than I did with the other provider. Once we proceeded with the project, he kept me informed of scheduling measurements and delivery of the materials. JASB's crew arrived promptly at 8:00 on the scheduled day and went to work. Alex and his crew were great and put up with my OCD at times. During the project, if I had any questions Audie or Alex were quick to answer them. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the jobsite completely. I recommend JASB and will definitely use them again for other projects."

"THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. "SPS was just what we were looking for!!! My wife and I had two projects we wanted done, French Doors and a patio extension. We looked for the right contractor for over a year, interviewing what seemed to be countless companies. And we are really glad we did, the project planning and execution by SPS was spot on. Ed and his team were polite, on time, neat and highly skilled. Ed never pushed us outside our comfort-zone and helped us stick to the budget we discussed. Ed and his crew arrived on time every day and accommodated our schedule on a few days where we needed them to finish early. The whole team was great to work with! SPS more than doubled the size of our existing patio/porch and added electricity, lights, fans and a cover . We now have a great covered space for year round entertaining and relaxing and an open space to have a fire-pit during the cooler times of the year. They also installed french doors inside our home between the living room and the entryway to give some separations between the front of the house and the back of the house. the doors were installed beautifully and properly. We have had other doors installed at other homes and this is not a task for a beginner. Ed's team did and amazing job. The doors, and the patio/porch look like they were a part of the original construction. We have received countless compliments and have been asked for Ed's contact information numerous times after friends and family saw the quality of the work that was completed. Given that it took us over a year to find the right company to complete our renovations, we would not be able to recommend anyone that did not meet the standard we set for our selves, and we have and will continue to recommend Ed and his team to all our friends and family.
