"I really appreciated that Brandon Pasley provided a written quote stating exactly what services he would provide: how many boards would be replaced, the type of material he would use and how many coats of stain would be applied. No one else did that. He also noted that the corners of the deck were rotted and offered to replace the perimeter board, not just the 15 of the top boards. No one else did that either. After removing the perimeter board he showed me that the ends of many of the boards were rotted and covered in very happy carpenter ants. I was offered 2 solutions to remove the rot. I chose the very reasonable one involving leaving a few cuts in the deck. These are barely noticeable. The workmanship is outstanding as was the communication. I could not be happier with the results and I feel the quote was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done.
