"I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall."

After color matching our existing exterior siding, the project was completed in a timely manner during our unseasonable warm winter. The only issue we noted were some nails, screws and utility blades left in the work area- when I pointed this out to Brandon at the final inspection he apologized and promised to bring it up with the crew. "Had some Siding pull away from the house near the roof on a Sunday and needed to get it tacked down before it blew completely off. Used HA for the first time and got a call very quickly. Came by later in the afternoon to secure it and then I will need to replace it this week because it bent, but at least the noise of it smacking against the house was gone, and the risk of it coming off and hurting someone or something was gone. "What a FANTASTIC company!! The owner, Howard, is such a pleasant man and he just really wants to give you good quality work for a decent price. We had some horrible windows that needed to be replaced. I mean really bad! Howard came out and gave us a free estimate, there was no pressure to commit to the company that day. He told us he would rather us think about it for a few days. We needed three windows replaced and two were on the larger size. Howard gave us an estimate of $1580 which in my opinion is an outstanding price for the work that was actually done. The other thing about Integrity Windows and Siding that is awesome is, they do not make you pay a dime until all the work is done. No down payment. Nothing. Howard told us that he likes to come out after the work is complete and assess it to make sure we got the best quality before we paid them anything. This guy just really wants to make his customers happy and that's how it should be. The day the windows were replaced, two Russian men came (I think they were Russian at least...) to do the job. Their english was not that good but that does not even matter because they did a fabulous job. They were originally only supposed to replace our windows but we needed them to rebuild the wall under one of our windows and put our air conditioning in. We originally thought we would be able to rebuild the wall ourselves but realized that it was to much work. Although they were not expecting to do that extra work, it was not a problem and they rebuilt the wall and it looks great. Howard only charged us $200 extra for that job. The one thing we were not expecting them to do was replace all of the siding around the windows. The new siding completely transformed the area around the windows. So for $1900 we got three new windows, new siding around the windows, and a rebuild wall. I am just so pleased with the high quality of work that was done. I can not stress that enough. Seriously if you need windows or siding, GO WITH INTEGRITY WINDOWS!!!! You will not regret it. It will be the best decision you ever made! Another plus to Integrity Windows and Siding, everything has a life time warranty!

"Trying to execute a major outdoor renovation project during a time of global supply chain disruptions poses many challenges. Happy to report that Mal and PHI navigated that rocky path very well. Mal kept us informed of the many changes coming from the supplier as far as colors and delivery. It was a long process...8 months between signing the contract and having the work completed. In the end we are very happy with the product and the quality of the work. A major windstorm hit the area the day after the work was completed and put the installation to the test. Everything held up perfectly...no loose bits flapping on the house or flying around the yard. In researching this project ahead of time, we had spoken with many friends who've had their siding replaced and none of them were especially happy with their contractor. We had the best experience with Mal and PHI. Highly recommended."
