"Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."

"The cleaner arrived nearly 2 hours late and brought visibly dirty equipment into my home. They also did not remove their shoes and failed to complete several basic cleaning tasks, including the microwave and oven. I was also given incorrect payment instructions, which added unnecessary confusion. After the visit, I noticed bugs in my home that I had never seen before, despite having bi-weekly pest control. While I can?t confirm the source, the timing is concerning. Bridget, the owner, has been pleasant to interact with, but the quality of the service I received does not reflect that. Based on this experience, I can't say I use this service again."
