"Shane and his crew started off well and good, but began to get sloppy half-way through. Make sure you get a formal itemized quote from him. All materials must be paid for as the work goes along. He doesn't pay for even a tube of caulking that he could add to the bill. The photos were taken after work was completed. did come out to put a 2nd coat of paint on the textured ceilings, but things didn't go well. "
