"<p>September 2014: I attended a local home show. I saw a different company selling a whole house fan, which impressed me. I did some internet research about that company and local in state companies as well. The first vendor's price was installing the fan only. If I wanted to add attic vents I would need to contact another company to install them. I contacted CHC, via email, and the next day got a call from Chris who provided me with all the information I would need to know about CHC, install, and emailed me a price quote to confirm his verbal quote. The variable would be based upon the number of attic vents I would need installed. The CHC price was about the same as the other company and based upon my estimate for installing two attic vents, offered a better price. I also chose CHC because Chris made me feel more comfortable with him, from one phone call and some email traffic, than I did communicating with the other company rep. I scheduled an install date for a few weeks later.</p> <p>October 2014: The team, Jordan and Fred, were professional, friendly and on time. I live in Security, CO which is about 80 miles from their office. After inspecting my home and to determine venting needs, I chose to install two vents, and a fan location they quickly got to work. The install was completed in a few short hours. Jordan explained how to properly use the fan and answered some questions. He also told me that if I have any additional questions I could contact the office and they would be happy to answer them for me, They cleaned up all debris and packing items and asked if I was happy with the install and if there was anything else I needed them to do. I was more than happy with the service. The fan works great. </p> <p>August 2015: This summer I wanted to add three more attic vents to help my home cool faster. I contacted CHC , via email, to schedule an appointment for the next time they were in my area. The email communication was excellent. They scheduled a date with me within a few days based upon their appointment schedule. Once again the team, Fred and another guy ( Sorry, I forget his name) were on time, coming from their prior install appointment. Fred called to let me know they were on their way. They showed up a short time later and quickly installed the three vents.</p> <p>My home is now extra cool and my wife often complains that it is too cold. One thing I do to keep the house cool during the day while we are at work, due to pets in our home, is run a fan to keep the cool air moving around. I think this adds to the cooling and keeps our dogs happy as well. I don't think this is really needed but do it to keep air moving.</p> <p>CHC is a customer service focused, friendly, and professional company.
