"Our house was damaged by a tree that fell on the roof. After the roof was rebuilt by carpenters, Weather Proofing Experts agreed to apply the roof shingles. They did so very quickly to avoid any more water damage to the house interior. They even came on a Saturday with a crew of 4 to make the house weather tight again before more rain the next day. I really appreciate the fact that the roof was applied within a week of the damage and the cost was totally within the estimate of the insurance adjuster. Here we are a few weeks later and I happened to look under the bed in the master bedroom. The bed is new and was assembled in the room this past July. During the painting, the first day there were two workers who moved the bed. On the second day, there was only one. That one person moved the bed back after the painting and because it was not picked up, the center leg under the frame was broken loose. When I saw that on Friday, 1/8, I called Mr. Vargas, who answered his phone. He argued that there had been two men on the second day so the damage could not have happened. I assured him that was not the case and he made an appointment to look at the bed on Monday 1/11 between 11 and 12. At 2:30 on Monday, I still had not heard from Mr. Vargas so called and left a message to ask him to come after 4 or on the next day. He did not come either time, nor did he call back. I texted him on Wednesday, 1/15 and still no response. 

I'm sorry to report this, I was happy with their work and intended to give them a great deal more work in the future."
