All I needed was a plunger replaced and I was out of town and could not do it myself. It was a simple fix, yet it was suggested I might actually consider replacing the entire toilet! I did appreciate the immediate response time and the same day repair and service very much. Knowing what I needed and still being charged almost 200 dollars for the five-minute installation with a ten dollar part felt unfair. Still, the ability to get someone immediately was great. For that, I thank you."

"Hired to remodel 2 bathrooms. I should have hired Arayik to do the tile in the showers and floors only. The tile work was fine but electrical, plumbing and woodworking was unacceptable. Electrical outlets that were relocated had to be reset and wall repairs had to be redone to allow texture and paint to be done. Base boards installed by Arayik had very uneven gaps above tile floor and had to be replaced."

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."
