Four years later, we’re left with a crumbling mess: tile walls falling apart, leaks damaging the deck, and widespread delamination confirmed by multiple engineers. It’s a structural failure — not wear and tear, not our fault. They denied our warranty claim outright. We had to hire a lawyer and go public just to get a response. Even then, they blamed us and offered a limited repair only if we signed an NDA and removed our reviews. This wasn’t a minor issue — it was a full breakdown caused by poor materials and workmanship. A fix could’ve taken a few days. Instead, they dragged it out for months while doing everything they could to avoid accountability. Their customer service is all smoke and mirrors. This way we can ensure the best quality craftsmanship for our customers and we can deliver this in a timely fashion. We bill customers monthly as we provide the service and we do accept credit cards.
