"My home was fairly dark and with one large window in the living room and 2 large windows in the master bedroom, it didn't shed much light. Deven and his crew opened up the living room and master bedroom onto the back porch(300 square feet total). Though he found multiple structural issues, Deven was able to fix them and make the house more secure and sturdy. I had a budget, but as always, Deven comes under budget. He does incredible craftsmanship, many components of the reno were hand crafted. Deven is patient and takes all ideas thrown at him and comes up with some wonderful ideas as well. It is a collaboration and the final project is a large bright space, light and airy. It does not even look like the same living room and bedroom. There are very few people I would trust, but I count Deven and his people among those that I do. I've never been disappointed in any of the projects he has completed for me. It is precision work at its best. Deven and his people go the extra mile and really do it with a smile. Really. You absolute can trust him to do a fantastic job, do it right and do it at a cost saving price. He works with you to make your ideas come to fruition. "Start to finish a good experience.  We knew going it what to expect for costing and everyone looking at a metal roof should expect high costs.  The lead time to do the work was long but that expectation was clearly set during the contract negotiations and they were within 2 weeks of that date. <br /> Jennifer was a big help keeping me informed of scheduling and always responded within a day of any message left, if I didn't get her live on the phone.  The crew was really good (Sergi, Dimitry and the guys) and worked 9-5 without missing a beat after a long daily commute to get to our house..  Considering all the nails, shingles and small metal pieces associated with this installation my yard was spotless.  Even after they completed my walk around yielded about a dozen small pieces buried under leaves and to be expected..  Very pleased with that.. <br /> So far we're very happy with the experience.  The roof looks amazing and we cannot wait for the snow to arrive.  I'll do an update once we go through a winter cycle here in MA. <br />"

"Office staff was courteous, and scheduled for next day. Workman was friendly. I thought it odd that he had to go back to his shop for something on such a simple job. I didn't get an estimate at the beginning--my bad--and the bill was exorbitant. When I called to ask for a breakdown between labor and parts, what I got instead was a different figure and an apology, saying she'd "entered the wrong job number," or something similar, suggesting that they just charge by the job category. I don't like this way of doing things. The fitting he put on my faucet is not anything like the standard fitting for an outdoor faucet, and it's mounted way off center. Sloppy job."
