"Well we bought a new dishwasher & my assumption was that the price included installation, but I found out the hard way, on the day of the delivery that installation was not included & even if I pay the delivery guys the cost of installation, they are not authorized to install. I have to call Lowe's & schedule an installation appointment. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion.
