The Energy-passive Groundwater Recharge Product (EGRP®) was invented by Andrew Niemczyk in 1997. In 2004, he created Parjana® Inc. as a means to test and further develop the EGRP®. Then, after more than 13 years of research and development, in 2010, Niemczyk patented the EGRP®. In 2012, he partnered with Gregory McPartlin and started the company Parjana® Distribution to sell and distribute the EGRP®. Today, Parjana® Distribution is working on expanding their network even more and training contractors to become Certified Parjana® Installers (CPIs). "The in-ground solution installed by Parjana did not work at all. It was installed in January 2015 and I have tried for 4 years to get them to fix the problem or refund my money, per the contract. The contract states "If the Parjana System does not achieve results as described in "Performance Objectives" Parjana Distribution will remedy the problem. Following implementation and activation of remedies, should the system not meet "Performance Objectives" the owner will be given a refund for the full amount of the installation and the Parjana EGRP system will be removed." However, Parjana does not even reply to me, let alone honor their contract. AVOID this firm!"
