"She said $430 for my kitchen alone it was messy had four loved ones died back and back did dishes floors countertops had piles and cans some dishes glasses on them inside refrigerator some of the stuff they threw away was outdated they throw away all kinds of stuff bag of sugar unopened boxes of cereal that we're good I went through the garbage stuff was missing that was not in the garbage through glass cover away for the light fixture through dishes glasses away that were supposed to been washed all kinds of stuff must have thought I was dumb old man I'm 58 and disabled but I know everything in here and where it is looked at my doorbell camera the one that is supposed to be friends of the family is why I hired them says the other where's the meat the other says right here walks five of the grocery bag of stuff in one hand can't tell what's in the other out to the car with it got audio and video where's the meat got a big chest freezer full I can tell there's an empty spot under a Hungry Man dinner covers full of canned goods I've been putting the new ones in the bedroom so I can rotate them Blackberry jelly can't salmon Progresso Campbell's chunky soups they don't like New England clam powder I talked to straighten it out through the family somehow it's funny looking at reviews they came to my house 12/12/2023 most of the reviews are not till shortly after I had a couple friends on HomeAdvisor before are you suggested a tip for the last $500 all together just for my children figured I'd have a good job everything cleaned out well they tried that they threw so much stuff away that I went through the garbage couldn't leave it stuff was missing that was not in the garbage some of it was outdated yes some of it knows some of it right at the date but we know stuff at the date is good for a few months after the attitude and the hatefulness saying I was ungrateful before I realized all this stuff BS definitely hateful big attitude as in the wipe off the top of the fridge at least two and wait all the chips and everything cuz it was filthy big *** dude I was ungrateful set my driveway blowing the horn leaving Blackberry jelly all kind of different things missing could not believe the attitude I didn't realize most of this stuff till after they were gone and like I said the one Elizabeth supposed to be friends and family I waited to post this because I want to see if I can fix things through the family I'm not happening they were here on 1212/2023 almost all the poster after I would not recommend them to a friend especially older disabled friend sorry if my spelling isn't always right don't spell it all I'm talking to my phone one of the reasons why I work myself crippled raise my son by myself never got no support no food stamps no State no nothing these young ladies probably are getting food stamps getting paid cash who knows I do know I was hustled big time it's going to cost me what I paid them to replace a lot of stuff but I needed some of it probably half but I'll let people know around the neighborhood know how they did me God or the gods will judge them like I said I'll let people in the hood know how and where they did me like that"

"I reached out on Wednesday to book standard cleaning service for Friday, April 25 at 9am. I spoke with someone on Thursday morning to confirm. I was told that I would get an email confirmation with the booking info and paperwork. Not long after booking, I contacted them back to change the time to 2pm on Friday, April 25 and let them know that I had not received the email confirmation from the first time I called. I spoke with Mark. He confirmed my email again and said it would be on the way. He also confirmed that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I called back twice regarding not receiving the email and confirmed my appointment time since I had not received anything. On Friday, April 25 in the morning, I still had not received anything and called again. I spoke with Nicole. The AI system and Nicole stated that my appointment was listed as 1pm. After a high level of frustration at this point I explained to her the entire situation and confirmed 2pm once again. My email address was still incorrect and she stated that she would change it and confirm my appointment for 2pm that day. I finally received the paperwork around 11am and signed it. At 2:15pm on Friday, April 25 I called back as I had not heard from anyone or seen anyone at my home for the service. I was told by Nicole that the person assigned was not available at 2pm. My question, why didn't anyone call me earlier to tell me so. Why was it 2:15pm and no one had called me to tell me that my work would not be done? Why was I booked on Thursday for 2pm if no one was available? The level of service at this company is deplorable!! They rely on AI and even the representatives in the office can't get a simple scheduling task completed. I wasted an entire day as I could have booked someone else that was actually available. A manager called me back (I don't remember his name) and asked if someone could come at 4pm or the next day. He said he would SEE if someone could come at that time, which means he was not sure if he would have anyone.
