He and his team were very friendly and professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I was impressed with both the quality of work and attention to detail! Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."

"I hired Richard last year to complete a landscape design for our front yard (plant flowers and evergreens). The work was completed over several days and by late summer early fall several plants had died. All plants were guaranteed for one year per our contract, I reached out to Richard several times late last fall and we agreed to wait until spring to replace the dead plants. We provided him with alternate plants since he claims he was not able to get some of the ones we had chosen and to date I haven't heard from Richard. I feel my only recourse is to let people know he failed to live up to the contract and maybe small claims court. I would not recommend Floradays Landscapes for your landscaping projects. "
