"Mark Bogle came out and went through every question we could throw at him . Very professional and patient . We decided to move ahead with the project . It took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule and we were good for launch . I expected large equipment rolling all over the property . What I got was two guys and two shovels . These guys might have looked low tech , but they came to work . The 5 foot deep , 2 foot wide 30 feel of length channel to the foundation was done in 6 hours . I was very happy and a bit shocked . The wall was cleaned thoroughly and sealed up . French drain was installed and everything backfilled . Weather slowed us down ( rain ) But still it was all a memory in 5 days . "They came and gave me a quote of 4500, I needed the job done so I hired them They sent another company to suck the tank out and they discovered that my tolites was running water they had some suggestions well I repair them and that fixed my problem then the guys from superior came and run the pressure washer and the job wound up costing me 5144 and in advance I told them I was on disability and fixed income, I highly recommend looking around before taking with these guys I know I feel like I was taken advantage of, they will never do any business for me again, another company found the problem and told me how to fix it, I fixed it, and superior made the money for it to me this is a big ripoff "
