"I submitted requests to over 15 contractors thru Angie. I had water damage to about 15-20 panels on my flooring. My request was for spot repair. Of the over 15 contractors, several contacted me saying they don't do spot repairs. Even more did not contact me at all. Marcel was the only one who contacted me who indicated spot repairs are not typically done and why, but he would be willing to inspect. Eventually, I decided to go with him and replace all the flooring in the entire unit (not just the kitchen where the water damage occurred). After pulling back the flooring in the kitchen, mold was unfortunately discovered. Marcel provided me with multiple solutions (loved that) to rid the mold and get back to the project. The multi-day project was completed in the estimated time (despite the mold setback). Marcel contacted me every day of the project to share pictures and progress. He also dealt with my buildings management company, parking situation, and tenant which can all be demanding at times. His crew cleaned up well and the unit looks gorgeous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll have another flooring project in the next 1-2 years and I sincerely hope I can work with Marcel at Rustic Flooring again!"

Attention to detail, with outstanding repair of riser in 100 + y/o oak stairs by placing quarter round oak wherever risers meet tread. Excellent transition from new oak floor to master bathroom with tile floor. Assistance with replacement of furniture after job was completed, so that flooring was pristine after this was done. To say that I am pleased isn't adequate to describe how happy I am with the result. This is a first rate business, with employees who know exactly how to take care of flooring."

We originally hired them to refinish wood floors in our two upstairs bedrooms, but after pulling back the carpet and realizing the hardwood wasn’t consistent, Danny was able to pivot quickly and get LVP installed within 2 days. "Arkadia Floorings (Mike Osan Mircea) has done a wonderful job of installing lvp in our basement. He is extremely meticulous , worked at a steady pace and completed the job with utmost care. He pulled out the carpets and cleanly packed them for easy disposal. Then he made the basement floor look really new without any costs overrun. The thresholds, shoe base installs, etc were done to tidy up further. For stairs going down to the basement , he pulled the rug out and there were hardwood stairs already. He resurfaced and stained with a color that matched the lvp. This actually reduced our costs . Towards the end of our job , he took extra time to clean up, vacuum and really leave the home slick n span. He also took care of a few extras - like cleaning up /buffing up some parts of existing wood floors elsewhere in the house, all for no extra cost."
