He explained the how our carpets were in rough shape, but took his time and was able to fix our problem. He gave us a few more years before it will need to be replaced. I did get a call from the warehouse when they were on there way with the carpet, so I called my husband and let him know. He told me it was 3 guys and they were respectable.
