"Excellent. The whole team is respectful and left the work areas very clean. They do the little things that separate themselves from others extremely well. For the panel there was a follow-up need Jason, the owner, came back out to our home at 10PM. And for the light fixtures Parker noticed we had a dimmer on a switch that wasn't connected to a dimmable light, a fire hazard, so he put a new switch in for us, something that wasn't on our radar. "My windshield cracked across the entire length and since it's an 11-year-old car, I didn't have glass coverage. Gregg's quote was $100 dollars less than the three other companies I called. There were several delays due to the severe cold and snow we've been having (I don't have a garage), but once the weather improved, he came out right away and installed it. He was very good about keeping in touch with me during the two weeks of bad weather, and a very pleasant person to talk to. The best customer service experience I've had in a VERY long time!"

"Replacing the staircase light fixture was a difficult job requiring the use of a ladder, a step ladder and an aluminum plank to create a level workspace in order to access the light. The new pendant was lowered by 6 inches, compared to the old one, to allow easy exchange of light bulbs. The electrician was creative in solving some installation problems.  He also saved me some money by advising me that some other electrical work I was considering might not be necessary."
