"This company, 12 Figure Consultations, came to my house and gave me a quote. Simple job, rake up all the sticks, take up the old mulch and put down the new. I gave them deposit. When they returned for the job, they did half of it, and then said they wanted more money than the original proposal to finish it - 2 times more. When I disagreed to pay 2 times more money, they started arguing with me, telling me I am liar, and behaving aggressively that I feared for my safety. Then his partner was following me around my yard and telling me he liked me and asking if I liked him! I was very afraid for my safety and I told them to just go away, because not only I was afraid for my safety, but their shoddy business practices so disrespectful, give one price, do half the job, then demand more money than the original to finish. I told them take their trailors and just to leave but they wouldn't. Finally I started raking it myself, and then I paid them the more money just to get them to go away. When they drove away, the workers skidded his tires in the grass in my yard and went speeding down the street. Then he drove around the street 3 times. I still fear for my safety and even afraid to write this review."

"I came to Melissa & Bluehouse a number of years ago as I couldn't visualize the layout to accomplish my goals in what began as a kitchen remodel. Melissa's impeccable handling of my project from the word "go" is nothing but an understatement! Each and every detail I listed from want's & desires to fears & concerns were addressed. Living up to her word every step of the way, Melissa addressed my list while pointing out elements I hadn't thought of. She was aware of my limits and not only kept her bottom line under control, but she didn't design anything out of our budget. Considering we were on track to break ground in the spring of 2020, when Covid hit & supply chains derailed our start, Melissa was poised to do whatever needed to be done. In the end, rising costs & limited supply led us to delay construction until Jan. '23. As a TV news producer, I'm a tough cookie, and yet when I had questions, Melissa answered them honestly and often with visuals to help me understand what I needed to learn. I appreciated her teamwork attitude when working with the Structural Engineers let alone my amazing contractor! Melissa's perfectionism is the reason not one single measurement needed to be modified in what became not just a kitchen remodel, but a 1st-floor remake with our addition going both upstairs & down. When you consider who to hire, consider this, as a newswoman, I interview 3 people for every job, I don't cut corners and nothing gets swept under the rug. Melissa is THAT kind of pro! She is going to do right by you, because she knows what is at stake, and she is only going to put her name on something she stands behind. For that, and a million little reasons, without question, if I had another project, I'd hire her in a heartbeat!"

"Josh and his team did an amazing job with my bathroom. This was a complete renovation - totally gutted and renovated the entire room, including the floor, walls and window removal. I could not imagine the room as it is now. They were always professional, friendly and extremely efficient. They are hard working and always clean and neat removing all trash and debris at the end of the day. I look forward to my next project with Josh and All In One Remodeling."

"Architect & designer, Stephanie Brick, has been so great to work with! I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who is capable, efficient, & will lessen the stress of any project. About 8 years ago she helped us remodel our bathroom. She knew exactly what she was doing & helped guide us thru the process. I still remember standing in a tile showroom, totally overwhelmed by the choices. I called Stephanie, at a loss of what to choose, & within 10 minutes she had reassured me & reframed my task in a new way that gave me clear inspiration. I was placing my tile order within half an hour! Stephen was so good at her job that she somehow ended up making me feel proud of what I'd done! 🤩 Mind you, this was all done with us in CA & Steph in MD. But doing the job long-distance was worth it, because of the quality, design, & integrity Steph brought to the job. We loved our experience so much that she's now designing our kitchen!
