"This was the first major project I've had done since buying my house, but Roof Right made the process smooth and easy to understand. I met with roof specialist Randy Harden for the estimate and he continued to be my main point of contact throughout the whole project. He was very thorough and gave me a lot of information on roofing in general, as well as the specific options that Roof Right offered. I ended up choosing a specific kind of roof vent and deciding to put off the gutter work for now, and I never felt pressured to add more services. This job was estimated to take 1 to 1.5 days and that was correct (nearly all of it was completed the first day, although the crew came back for an hour or so the next morning). The on-site crew was polite and efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard after the work was done. In addition, both the roof specialist and a project manager came to the house twice to check the work being done, once on the first day and then once after the work had been completed. The roof looks good and I'm already seeing improvements in the cooling/temperatures on the second floor. Roof Right also offers financing through Service Finance Company, and they gave several different options for loan terms and rates, so I chose the one that worked best for my budget."

"When choosing a contractor there are many considerations. Referrals, price, reviews about the company. The most important to me are, integrity, honesty and a fair price. Peter covered everything with his proposal. I first met Peter approximately 2015 or 2016 to inquire about a roof. He told me based on the age and type of shingles on my house I didn't need a new roof unless it was leaking. Fast forward to 2021, I called DWM for my roof replacement because of Peter's honesty. A new roof is a large expense, I am extremely satisfied with DWM, the quality of the roof and the workmanship of the team that installed my roof. They kept the work area neat, cleaned up afterwards and did an amazing job of picking up all nails so my puppies were safe. The communication from Jill at the office was perfect. I recommend that anyone who needs a roof to call DWM Roofing. They will not disappoint you!"

"After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. "Overall, our roof installation went well. Mr. Bafford came to the house to do the roof consultation. We appreciated his professionalism, knowlege in roofing, and being prepared as well as thorough. Afterwards, I contacted Mr. Bafford a couple of times with questions and he got back to right away. The price quote was fair and comparable to other quotes we received. Mr. Bafford came out to the house a second time with materials to assist us on selscting a roof color. Unfortunately, after everything was scheduled, our old roof leaked. Fitchtner Services were great about moving the roof install date sooner. The crew came and they were done in one day. They picked up scrapes and you could barely tell they were there.
