"Our technician was on time and sealed our storm door to prevent water from leaking in. He also fixed the lock and the screen door on our sliding glass doors making them finally functional again and taught us how to grease the sliding door so it runs smoother. Excellent work and completed in a timely fashion."

"We highly recommend Mr. Anderson. He repaired a 15-light pocket door and built and installed a drawer in a built-in desk located in our home office. He is an expert in his trade. He is courteous, professional, competent and service oriented. We have also hired Mr. Anderson to do some painting for us in the future and we look forward to a long-standing relationship with Mr. Anderson."

"KF was phenomenal. They responded to my inquiry promptly and provided the products and services exactly as advertised. Kelvin is a true professional who made sure he understood what my needs were before he quoted me a price and agreed to the work. They arrived on time and Gilmer began work immediately. The removal of the old garage parts and accessories went smoothly and Gilmer explained everything he was doing and provided information on what went wrong with the old garage system. As he went to install the new garage system he also walked me through what he was installing and how it's all connected to the system. I felt comfortable with the entire process. Long story short, the door is amazing and everything works great. The company even went so far as to notice a small discrepancy with the rod and volunteered to replace it the next day. This is a true testament to their workmanship guarantee and stellar attention to the smallest of details. I would definitely hire them again and I strongly recommend KF (Kelvin and Gilmer) for your garage and/or home improvement needs."

"Marcus perform a roof tune up for us. He was great, and polite. Took before and after pictures, made sure all all missing shingles were replaced."

"the repair went Very well"

"I heard of this company through a personal referral, and have been quite happy with their work and my interactions with them.
They were prompt and responsive in regards to the initial quote; while I don't think they were my cheapest quote, I believe their price was reasonable, and after having the work completed, I'm very satisfied that we had everything done as quoted.  In our initial walk-through, I was able to ask questions about potential projects and cost-benefit of various options, which was helpful as we had just purchased this home and had a lot of work to get done (and to prioritize).
I prefer to do as much online as possible, and received quotes and final invoices via email; I was able to reach the owner via email or phone without a problem, and when leaving a voice message or sending an email, received a response within a reasonable amount of time (I believe within a business day in all cases).
They worked around other vendors as needed during a very hectic week or two (we had movers in and out, plumbers, electrician, flooring, drywall/painters, etc); very professional. We plan to use them again when we next have some electrical work in our home repairs budget!

UPDATE Oct 2013
I had several exterior lights and a breaker issue that I needed their assistance with - as previously, they were able to schedule my small job in within a day or so.  Unfortunately, one of the exterior lights was missing some hardware, so they were not able to install the final one. Tony was great though - he told me to give him a call when I was able to exchange the item, and as long as I was flexible, he would just swing by between jobs and get this installed (no additional charge).  Cant say enough good things about working with him!"

"Well. Two man team arrived a few minutes early and immediately went "Mr. Inside - Mr. Outside." Twenty windows were cleaned within about an hour. I moved a few pieces of furniture to allow inside access, but they did not require me to remove drapes, curtains or shades."
