On installation, day, the crew of 2 arrived promptly on time completing the removal of the old door and install of the new one as quietly as possible and much quicker than we had imagined without leaving a trace of their work. "Kelly replaced a service door for us which also had rotted wood on the exterior brick moulding. We asked for a quote with multiple options - with clear glass on the door on which he mentioned he could install our existing blinds, with blinds in between the glass, and with wood brick moulding or PVC brick moulding (which would be maintenance free). Kelly was very easy to work with - he came out himself both for measuring and providing the quote and for the installation. I had some issues with figuring out the deadbolt on the handle after he had left, and he said he could come back for that.. All in all a very smooth experience working with Kelly."
