I received a reply almost immediately, someone was at my house within a half hour and my repair was completed on the spot within the hour. I wasn't home but I received a text with photos of my gate to confirm it was the correct home. We spoke a few minutes later and the fix was explained to me and I was given a very reasonable quote. I then received a video of the repaired gate. The gate works perfectly now and I'm thrilled with the result."
