The task was completed in a day (traditional split-level ranch house, 28 sq ft roof) and so far, I think they have done a good job. The day before they had a dumpster brought to our driveway and some materials delivered. Then on D-day, a large team showed up on time, took away the old roof, installed ice and water shield, roof underlayment, drip and rake edge starter strip, replaced boots, installed GAF shingles, ridge vent and roofing caps, reflashed chimney, installed 2" insulation on sunroom area, and taped all seams."

"I had roof damage after a major wind storm in March of 2018. This caused water to leak into my attic and down into the second floor of my Multi-Family. Originally the insurance company claimed that only half of the roof needed to be replaced, but Chris identified and explained why the damage had been more severe than originally thought. That kind of attention to detail and consultative service is what drew me to work with Millstream and Chris in the first place. In very short order, he had a team at the house and in a single day had completed work. It was so well done that I used them to install gutters on top of the roof work, which was equally as flawless. "We met with Richard in July, reviewed the GAF Shingle options, and ultimately contracted to have our entire roof replaced in August (written contract to finish BEFORE Labor Day). Due to unusual late-Summer inclement weather, as well as the aftermath of the hurricanes down South, unbeknownst to me Richard and his crew contracted to help repair a # of roofs damaged in these storms (covered by Insurance.) Long story short, I followed up with Richard a number of times in later July and early August to confirm we were still on-schedule, and it usually took 3-4 days to hear something back on email or v-mail. So on timely follow-up, I rated Richard as "fair". That shared, I can't say enough about how professional Richard, Marcos (his crew chief) and their entire team was once the job was formally scheduled and started. They arrived promptly every day @ 7:00 a.m. (we gave our neighbors a heads up they'd be hearing some mild early morning noise), set up quickly and got to work! They took great pains to set a tarp system in place off the roof edge(s) so all debris coming off would fall onto our lawn--not our shrubs, rear deck, driveway or sidewalk. Every evening, they used a magnetic roller to ensure nails were picked up off our property and driveway, and they cleaned up the work site with all debris placed in their dumpster trailer, and put all ladders on the far side of the driveway, with all work tools and supplies covered. Aside from being prompt, organized and pleasant--the most important part is the finished product--and we couldn't be happier!!! Richie's Roofing used GAF Timberline shingles, and since we also spec'd other GAF accessories (i.e Tiger-Paw Synthetic Roofing felt, GAF Ice & water roof liner, Ridge vents, etc.) the new GAF roof is now warranted for 30+ years (some elements have a Limited Lifetime warranty). They also replaced the old flashing around our two (2) Chimney's with new Copper flashing, and it really looks great. In summary, though I wish the early communications had been a little more timely and frequent, our finished roof looks fantastic--and we heartily recommend Richie's Roofing to anyone in the area that is looking for quality roof repair or replacement at a fair price."

"Fantastic job! Justin and Fritz showed up on time and did great work putting together and installing a new closet cabinet and above the fridge cabinet in my kitchen after removing the old one. Everything was cleaned up spotless and the displaced furniture put back. They even broke down all of the cardboard boxes and put them out back in my recycle bin. Justin was particular <br /> about making sure the install looked perfect and matched the rest of the kitchen. He repurposed materials from the old cabinet that I had neglected to purchase for the new ones and created a custom toe kick using some leftover cover panel so the cabinet could be at just the right height and have no gap at the bottom - definitely above and beyond. Justin was very communicative, <br /> scheduled the service quickly and let me know when he was on his way the day of our appointment. Very pleased with the work and the customer service.
